The Uglydolls Code of Conduct

The Uglydolls range is in great demand by fans and the UK public alike and we therefore continue to thank you for your loyalty and your support in professionally retailing the range.

We sincerely believe that it is our retailers who are the true ambassadors of the Uglydoll brand and as demand grows for Uglydoll products, it is important that fans are provided with the very best retail advice and safe shopping experience, to encourage long-term brand loyalty.

We can only achieve this goal with a fair and sensible distribution policy, which we would like to take this opportunity to highlight.

The following encapsulates the main points of our distribution code of conduct which form an integral part of TheinThing.com’s trading terms and conditions. Therefore, these are to be considered integral to the overall terms.

Internet sales

As distributors of the Uglydoll trademark, TheInThing.com wish to ensure that all Uglydoll fans receive a professional level of customer service and secure shopping experience when purchasing online. We therefore require that if you wish to sell Uglydolls over the Internet, you submit your proposals to us for prior approval to ensure that your proposed internet site is of satisfactory quality.

Please note that this does not prevent retailers advertising online that their Uglydoll products are available in store. However, the ability to purchase Uglydolls online must not exist until we are satisfied of the quality of the website.

Sale locations

Sale of Uglydoll items are for you registered store(s) address only. You must not sell Uglydolls at any other location without prior approval.

The sale of Uglydoll products from non-fixed market stalls, at consumer shows and events, requires prior permission from TheInThing.com.

We hope that you can appreciate that these codes of conduct are there to ensure that all Uglydoll fans receive excellent customer service and a safe shopping experience.
