Credit cards (UK Only)
We accept Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Maestro debit cards with no extra charges and also Visa & Mastercard orders (with a 2% surcharge).
Please note that Solo cards are no longer accepted by our card processing company, our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We will only ship orders to the registered address on the credit card or to a bona fide registered retail premises for your first order, subsequent orders can be delivered to alternative addresses if required.
All personal details and credit card numbers are protected using 128 bit encryption and stored on a secure server. This ensures complete security and peace of mind. When entering your credit card details you will see a small padlock in the bottom of your browser window. Even when full in the knowledge that credit/debit card transactions are 100% safe when using our site some customers prefer not to enter their details online, if this is you, do not worry, simply choose the payment option phone with your card details and put a note in order notes asking our accounts dept to give you a call for your card number.

You can pay by sterling cheque (five working days from receipt to clear), cash over any Post Office counter or via Pay Pal to email@example.com (subject to a 3% charge).

All initial orders received from outside of the UK must be prepaid before your order ships by bank transfer or PayPal (please see Paypal notes above) It may be possible for bona fide overseas traders to pay via debit or credit after their initial order & applicable security checks have been carried out

We strongly recommend all our overseas customers use our preferred Foreign Exchange company to transfer your funds. If you use IFX, payments hit our account within 24 hours for only a £10 charge, which means your stock can be despatched much quicker from our warehouse!!

Real time order tracking & email confirmations
You can view the status of your current & previous orders at any time by logging into your account and clicking on 'View Your Previous Orders'. Here you will also find your tracking number & a link to our courier’s website - DPD, should you wish to track your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you your order has been despatched within five minutes of your order leaving our warehouse. This will contain a tracking number.

Your price is the maximum price you pay £300+ is the discounted price you pay if your total order (however many lines you choose) exceeds £300 £600+ is the discounted price you pay if your total order exceeds £600 £1000+ is, well, you get the picture...

Complaints, how can we improve?
We really want to make buying from us a fast and friendly experience and then get your order delivered correctly, quickly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately we sometimes get it wrong. When we do, we welcome your feedback so that we are aware of the problem and can get to work fixing it as soon as possible. If you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition (we're sorry) we will happily replace them within seven days of you receiving them. We will refund your purchase (and the cost of the postage back to us) or give you a credit voucher for the same amount.

We ship by three methods, usually either DPD or Fed Ex and occasionally Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery). Should you think that your item has taken longer than expected to arrive, we have the following procedure before replacements/refunds are considered.

Royal Mail (Recorded): We can enter into the process of replacement/refund only after fifteen working days following the date of despatch from our warehouse
